Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a 16-year-old client in her family home in Leigh-on-Sea.

This 12-hour night shift role involves personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and supporting complex care needs within a 1:1 setting, with training provided. You will help the client stay safe, independent and connected to her community, with ongoing training and wellbeing support.

Formación

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK-based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

Female Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker

Location: Leigh-on-Sea

Shifts/working hours: 12 hour nights

Pay rates: £15.19 - £17.10 hour (including holiday pay)

Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

About the role

In this role, you will be supporting our 16-year-old female client within her family home, who is living with several complex care needs including epilepsy and global developmental delay. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients' clinical interventions (all training will be provided).
