As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.
In this role, you will be supporting our 7-year-old female client within her family home, who is living with several complex care needs. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients’ clinical interventions. To support our clients development, you will be expected to attend school and provide personal care/clinical support.
