Job summary

Shaftesbury North East is seeking an Enabling Support Worker in Newcastle to assist people with complex needs in a supported living environment. The role covers 40 hours per week at £13.45 per hour, with occasional sleep-in duties as part of the shift pattern.

Applicants should have at least 12 months' experience supporting people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern, plus NVQ/QCF level 2 or a willingness to work toward it.

Responsibilities

You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.There may be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions.
