Libertatem Healthcare Group seeks a female Complex Care Support Worker in Merthyr Tydfil to assist a young man with brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and mobility needs. You’ll provide physical and emotional support, fostering independence and a trusting family relationship.

Role offers 36 hours per week (1x 24h, 1x 12h). Pay rates: £15.14–£17.30 per hour depending on day. Experience in complex care and clear communication are essential for this rewarding position.
