Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Caldicot seeks a female complex care support worker to provide personal care and emotional support for a client with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other needs. The role requires clear communication, empathy and flexibility, working two shifts weekly with occasional nights, in a purpose-built home.

Prior complex care experience is essential. The position is part-time, based on site in Caldicot, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training offered by Libertatem

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours.
• Ability to build a trusting relationship with client and family.
• Clear communication and compassionate, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support including mobility.
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes.
