Libertatem Healthcare is seeking to recruit, due to our clients’ needs, an experienced Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to support our male client who lives in Merthyr Tydfil. Our client resides with his family in a fully adapted house.
The support required is for a young man who can mobilize using an electric wheelchair, can verbally communicate, and wants to access his community.
The role involves supporting activities of daily living with independence at the core, providing support in our client’s purpose-built property he owns, and assisting in the community where he has an active social life.
Days and occasional sleeping nights
An enhanced DBS check and full training are provided prior to starting, along with support from our clinical lead nurse.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in support work while working alongside experienced therapists and professionals.
