Libertatem Healthcare is seeking to recruit a Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker due to our client's needs. Our client is an 8-year-old girl who is non-verbal and lives with her parents in a bungalow in Bath.

Hours

Week 1: Mon, Wed, Fri 14:15-20:00
Week 2: Mon, Wed, Fri 14:15-20:00; Sat 12:00-16:00

Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care and transfers, including a ceiling hoist
  • Drive the client in her WAV - Manual
  • Work alongside a full MDT already in place
  • Assist the client into the community
  • Collaborate with SALT
  • Assist with hydration and nutritional needs
Training & Background Checks

Enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided prior to starting. Support from our clinical lead nurse will be available.
