About the Role of Female Carer Driver Marlow

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and professional Female Carer Driver to join our team in Marlow. This role involves supporting clients in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a female carer driver, you will provide personal care, practical support, companionship, and safe transportation to appointments, shopping trips, social activities, and other community engagements. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients feel safe, valued, respected, and supported at all times.

Key Responsibilities of a Female Carer Driver

• Providing high-quality person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Supporting clients with meal preparation and nutrition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients to access community services, appointments, and social activities
• Transporting clients safely using your own vehicle
• Assisting with shopping, errands, and prescription collection where required
• Prompting or administering medication in line with care plans and company policies
• Encouraging clients to maintain independence and participate in activities they enjoy
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health, wellbeing, or circumstances
• Recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns promptly
• Maintaining accurate care records and completing all required documentation professionally and on time
• Following care plans, risk assessments, and company procedures at all times
• A valid UK driving licence
• Access to your own reliable vehicle
