Avant Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a Somali-speaking female Care Worker to support clients in Hounslow (TW5) and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, practical support and companionship in clients' homes, working with compassion and dignity.

The role offers zero-hours contracts with potential for guaranteed hours in some cases, PPE provision, ongoing training and dedicated field support to ensure high-quality community care delivery.

Qualificações

• Must be female and Somali speaking
• Experience in care or empathy is beneficial
• Proof of Right to work in the UK

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care such as showering, bathing and dressing
• Practical Support like laundry, cleaning, cooking and errands
• Support clients with daily activities and mobility as needed
• Assist with medication reminders and health-related tasks
• Assist with household tasks and accompany clients to appointments

You will be working with one of our customers who only speaks Somali, along with other customer.

• Specialized Care - Supporting people with specialist needs
• Helping clients with their everyday duties
• Managing different medical conditions like dementia, autism, challenging behaviour
• Household duties, cooking, cleaning and general running of their home
• Personal Care such as assist with showering/bathing, dressing, medication etc
• Proof Right to work In the UK
• Comfortable travelling to different houses delivering care (No Car required)
• Good written and spoken English language
