Qualifications

• Must have a driving license and access to a car for work across Portsmouth postcodes PO1 to PO6.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as needed.
• Experience of working with vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible person-centred support across Portsmouth.
• Support with time-limited enablement to learn new skills at home or in the community.
• Assist with community activities, volunteering, and daily living tasks.
