Job summary

Radfield Home Care Havering is seeking a Female Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care for elderly clients in Havering and Romford. The role includes personal care, companionship, and supporting clients with daily activities.

Shifts are 4pm–10:30pm on weekdays with alternate weekends. A full driving licence is required. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and involves enhanced DBS disclosure and references.

• Provide care to elderly clients in their own homes.
• Ability to assist with daily activities and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly clients in their own homes, including personal care and companionship.
• Assist with outings, errands, and medication management, adapting care to individual needs including dementia.
• Ensure client safety and dignity, document care provided and communicate with the care team.
