Job summary

Hales Homecare in Manchester is seeking a Care Assistant (Female Only) to join our team. No experience is required, as full paid training and induction are provided.

You will support clients at home with personal care, meals, light chores and companionship, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the comfort of their own homes. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required – full paid training and induction provided.
• Must be reliable with a compassionate approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Care Assistant - Female Only
• Based in Manchester
• Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
• Various shifts and hours available
• Areas Covered
  • North:Crumpsall & Cheetham; Higher Blackley & Charlestown; Harpurhey, Moston, Miles Platting & Newton Heath; Deansgate, Piccadilly, Ancoats & Beswick, Clayton/Openshaw
  • Central:Hulme, Moss Side, Ardwick & Rusholme; Gorton & Abbey Hey, Longsight & Levenshulme; Chorlton, Whalley Range & Fallowfield
• No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

Note: This position is restricted to female applicants under the Equality Act 2010, as the roles includes providing personal care of an intimate nature where clients have requested same-sex care for reasons of privacy and decency. This constitutes a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR).

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in Manchester to live independently in the comfort of their own homes . Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
