We require a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with visits of at least 3 hours per client to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 hours of experience in a home care setting as a Carer, with a strong understanding of client needs.
• Ability to connect empathetically with elderly or disabled clients, even in challenging situations.
• Understanding of the needs of vulnerable elderly or disabled adults.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, manual handling, and health & safety standards.
• A passion for person-centred care and support.
• At least 3 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
