Libertatem Healthcare Group seeks a compassionate Female Complex Care Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for an adult with an acquired brain injury in Southport and the surrounding areas. The role focuses on independence, mobility, and community engagement.

Experience with brain injuries or complex care needs, plus personal care skills, are essential. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting adults with brain injuries, neurological conditions, learning disabilities, or complex care needs.

Are you an experienced Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Brain Injury Support Worker, Complex Care Support Worker, or Rehabilitation Assistant looking for a rewarding bank role in Southport?

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Brain Injury Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for an adult who sustained life-changing injuries following a road traffic accident.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support an individual living with the physical, cognitive, communication, and psychological effects of an acquired brain injury while helping them maintain independence and enjoy meaningful activities in the community.

About the Client

Our client sustained multiple injuries following a serious road traffic accident and now lives with an acquired brain injury (ABI), reduced mobility, chronic pain, shortness of breath, dysphasia affecting communication, hearing loss, dental injuries, cognitive and psychological challenges, and reduced independence with some activities of daily living.

Despite these challenges, they enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time in the community. They regularly attend day centres, enjoy trips to the cinema, visits with family members, and enjoys getting out and about.

Due to the personal care requirements of this role, there is a genuine occupational requirement for a Female Support Worker.

Key Responsibilities

As a Female Complex Care Support Worker, you will:
