Lifeways is seeking Female Bank Support Workers in Wolverhampton to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live independently in their own homes. You’ll join a caring local team and make a real difference in your community.

This bank/0 hour sessional contract offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights, seven days a week. You’ll deliver practical and emotional support, encourage independence, support community activities and promote dignity and respect.

Contract

Bank / 0 Hour Sessional Contract

Shift Patterns

Support is provided seven days a week, with shifts including:

• 07:00 - 14:30
• 14:30 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 07:00

Shift patterns may vary to meet the needs of the people we support.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll support adults with complex needs in their own home, helping them to live independently and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Your role may include:

• Providing practical and emotional support
