Job summary

Cheltenham College seeks a diligent Fees Finance Officer to manage the billing and collection of school fees, maintain accurate financial records and support credit control activities. You will liaise with parents and colleagues to handle queries efficiently, ensuring smooth and effective financial operations.

Essential experience includes debtor management and familiarity with school billing systems (iSAMs, PASS, Evolve). AAT or equivalent qualification is desirable.

• Proven experience of debtor management.
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and tight deadlines.
• Confident, self-motivated, highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent telephone manner and proven customer service skills.
