Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an Area Engineering Manager (FEED) to support the Design Services Alliance at Sellafield. The role is hybrid, based in Warrington or Cumbria, with site attendance as required and a 12-month IR35 contract at market rates.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams through FEED, define engineering scope from concept to Gate 2, ensure safe, compliant solutions and manage technical risk while engaging senior stakeholders across Sellafield programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in a regulated industry.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience delivering FEED or related early design phases.
• Experience translating requirements into deliverable solutions.
