Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced FEED Area Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on nuclear projects during the FEED phase at Sellafield. You will shape engineering strategies, define project scopes and manage requirements to deliver safe, compliant solutions aligned with programme objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in highly regulated environments (nuclear or similar).
• Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams through FEED, concept, feasibility or optioning phases of major capital projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering governance, design assurance and risk management.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management with track record of influencing senior technical and programme stakeholders.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, value management, requirements management, and technology readiness assessments desirable.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it and membership of a recognized professional institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple nuclear projects during the FEED phase at Sellafield.
• Shape engineering strategies and define project scopes.
• Manage requirements and ensure technical solutions are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
• Act as the key engineering focal point, coordinating across disciplines, safety teams, operations and stakeholders.
• Oversee scope definition, requirements management, option development, TRL assessments and development to Gate 2 readiness.
