Job Description:

The Role

As a Fee Earner in a Private Client department, you will draft wills, establish trusts, and prepare powers of attorney.

Duties:

  • Administer estates and advise on inheritance tax.
  • Market and promote the team to increase revenue, including content creation.
  • Assist in training and development of team members.
  • Support other fee earners as needed.
  • Minimise risk and ensure file compliance.
  • Keep clients updated on case progress.
  • Follow documented procedures and systems.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Fee Earner, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a private client department.
  • Familiarity with practice and case management systems.
  • Skilled in IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
