Job summary

Medpace in London is seeking qualified interns for a 12-month contract to support the Proposal and Feasibility team in pre-award activities within pharmaceutical development. The role offers mentorship and exposure to global teams, with ongoing guidance from full-time writers and coordinators.

Ideal candidates are recent Life Sciences graduates with strong written and verbal communication, project management abilities, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Life Science degree or related field
• 12-month internship in London to support pre-award activities in pharmaceutical development
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Create study-specific feasibility questionnaires, cover letters and related documents
• Assist project teams with preparation for bid defense meetings
• Support departmental process improvement initiatives and general administrative functions
• Draft standard documents aligned with sponsor requirements within expedited timelines
• Contribute to process improvements and help implement changes
• Define action plans and timelines to ensure proposal alignment with client needs
• Perform quality control/peer review and finalize documents for customers and internal stakeholders
