Job summary

Medpace, Inc. in London invites recent Life Science graduates to join as interns in the Proposal and Feasibility team for 12 months. You will support pre-award study activities in pharmaceutical development, gain clinical research exposure, and collaborate with international colleagues in London and Cincinnati.

Daily tasks include literature research, benchmarking, project coordination, and team meetings with ongoing mentor support to accelerate independence and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Life Science or related degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create study-specific feasibility questionnaires, cover letters and other documents.
• Assist project teams with bid defense meeting preparation.
• Support departmental process improvements and administrative functions.
• Draft standard documents per Sponsor requirements within tight timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements and support implementation.
• Define action plans and timelines to align proposals with client needs.
