TeacherActive is seeking a Further Education Lecturer to join a vibrant college in Leicester. You will deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, including Engineering, Construction, and Business, and support learners in achieving qualifications such as GCSEs, BTECs, and NVQs.

The role emphasises student progression, effective assessment, and commitment to safeguarding. A PGCE or equivalent is preferred; strong dedication to education is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Further Education or equivalent.
• Ability to teach diverse subjects listed (Engineering, Construction, etc).
• Qualified teacher status or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality FE lessons and schemes of work.
• Assess and track learner progress toward qualifications.
• Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of learners.
