Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting for an English or Maths Lecturer to teach up to A-level in a Birmingham FE setting. The role is based in Birmingham with a September start, offering market-leading pay and a range of CPD opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a PGCE and FE teaching experience, with strong knowledge of English Language and Literature and the ability to connect with students of varying abilities. This is a temporary position through TeacherActive with a supportive onboarding process.

The successful candidate will have:

• PGCE and experience in a further educational environment and great industry experience can be vital
• Experience teaching English or Maths in an educational environment - Ideally in an FE setting
• A strong knowledge and understanding of both in English Language and Literature would be preferable.
