Qualifications

• Teaching qualifications are desirable, but not essential for all opportunities.
• Experience enabling learners to achieve academic, vocational and career goals.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching that inspires learners and supports their goals.
• Plan, assess and monitor learner progress while promoting inclusive learning environments.
• Support and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds, including ALN/SEN, to achieve progression.
• Bring relevant teaching experience or vocational qualifications; EWC registration is required where applicable.
