Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting FE lecturers across South Wales for immediate and ongoing opportunities in leading colleges and post-16 settings. We welcome experienced lecturers, trainers, assessors, and industry professionals transitioning into education, with flexible full-time and part-time assignments available.

Compensation ranges from £28 to £45 per hour, with a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days of work and access to free CPD and safeguarding training.

• Support and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
• Bring relevant teaching experience or vocational qualifications
• EWC registration is required or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress while creating inclusive learning environments.
