QED Legal LLP in Leeds is seeking a Corporate Associate to join a growing national corporate practice. The role is M&A led and offers scope to progress quickly as you work on private equity, IPOs, equity fundraisers, and company restructurings.

You will lead as well as support, conduct due diligence and disclosure exercises, and draft key documents while maintaining early client contact. A Leeds-based role with access to broader deal flow through the national team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 PQE in corporate law (UK) or equivalent.
• Experience in due diligence and disclosure exercises.
• Drafting principal documents on restructurings, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures.
