Job summary

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced wholesale distribution operation in the UK. You will pick and pack, receive, store and dispatch goods to meet tight deadlines.

We require a minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. A forklift licence is advantageous, and experience with handheld scanners or a warehouse management system is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential – a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical demands including lifting and moving stock.
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries.
• Loading and unloading goods safely.
• Maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with stock counts.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse areas remain organised.
• Preparing orders for dispatch within strict deadlines.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
