Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout shopping experiences and driving sales. You will keep the store looking sharp and help customers find the right apparel and footwear while working across front and back of store tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 for California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Handle front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel customer requests via digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
