Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Great Bookham is seeking a skilled Fast Fit Technician / Supervisor to join a busy branch. You will assist with tyre fitting, exhaust repairs and may take on line management responsibilities to support a high-quality service.

The role offers a competitive salary of £31,900 per annum with an achievable OTE up to £40,000, plus a pension, 20 days leave + BH, uniform, staff discounts, and ongoing IMI training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast-fit tyre and exhaust work.
• Ability to assist with workshop duties and supervise colleagues.
• Willingness to develop through IMI qualifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day branch operations and potential line management.
• Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Support team to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor stock and conduct regular stock audits.
• Provide workshop assistance with tyre fitting and exhaust repairs.

Duties:

• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the branch, potentially including line management responsibilities
• Handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Supporting the team in achieving business targets and maintaining high service standards

• Providing workshop assistance with tyre fitting, exhaust repairs, and other fast-fit services
