Job Title: Fast Fit Technician

We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. We are currently seeking a Fast Fit Technician to work on a full-time, permanent basis within our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fast fit repairs such as tyre fitting, vehicle alignment, exhausts, and brakes
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Follow all health and safety requirements
• Accurately diagnose and repair tyre, exhaust, and brake faults
• Document work accurately in line with company policies
• Remove and refit components and carry out related repairs or adjustments
• Help maintain the company's industry-leading standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-fit environment
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, with the ability to work on own initiative
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills to benefit company performance
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• Reliable and deadline-oriented
