Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Kettering is seeking an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to lead the workshop and service centre, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

This full-time, permanent role offers up to £35,000 with performance bonuses, IMI training, career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our client, a reputable automotive service centre located in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 plus performance-related bonuses.

Duties as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager:

• Managing, motivating, and developing the centre team to optimise performance
• Driving sales and maximising customer conversion rates
• Overseeing day-to-day workshop and service centre operations
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently maintained
• Managing stock control, deliveries, and centre security
• Implementing and maintaining Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting team training and development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or similar within the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrable sales experience and commercial awareness
• Good automotive knowledge with a good understanding of vehicle technology
• Technical or mechanical background is desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
