Description du poste

NAMED COLLECTIVE is a London-born fashion brand at the intersection of design, culture and modern commerce - and we've built it differently from the start.

Since launch, NAMED has established itself as the 'rebel kid' of the industry - a brand with a genuine point of view, and a community to match. We create leisurewear in a way that nobody has before. We don't make basics, we make the statement pieces our customer builds their outfit around.

We're rooted in a deep obsession with our community and our customers - over 1.9 million people around the world who don't just follow us, they're part of what we build. We've grown at an average rate of 84% year-on-year over the last 5 years through our ecommerce stores, with particularly strong momentum across the UK and US. We're only scratching the surface of what's possible. The momentum is real.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand that has already proven itself - where the foundation is strong, the ambition is bigger, and the right people will have a real impact on where we go next.

WHO R U?

You are a highly creative and product-obsessed designer with a strong point of view, an instinct for what's next and a genuine understanding of our community. You're full of ideas, culturally curious and excited to push boundaries, while always keeping the product wearable, relevant and unmistakably us. You also have

FLAIR FOR DESIGN:

You have exceptional creative flair and design know-how.

DETAIL DRIVEN:

You are obsessed with details and always strive to create the most innovative designs.

PASSIONATE:

ELEVATOR:

You are ready to be a key part of this growing team and have an impact on the continued elevation of all elements of the brand vision.

THE ROLE

Use your strong understanding of streetwear, fashion and culture to create innovative, original designs that combine strong product and graphic concepts.

Design confidently across a variety of product categories, including jersey, outerwear, activewear, swimwear and lingerie, creating products that connect with and excites our community.

Champion and evolve the brand identity through highly considered, detail-driven design, while continually pushing creative boundaries and exploring what's next.

Conduct ongoing market, cultural and seasonal research, translating insights into exciting, future-facing concepts and mood boards to present to the wider Design team.

Own designs from initial concept through to final product, developing silhouettes, fits, fabrics, colour, trims and detailing throughout the development process.

Create clear, accurate and highly detailed tech packs, ensuring the original design vision is maintained and executed to the highest standard through to production.

Manage your workload effectively against the critical path, ensuring research, designs, revisions and tech packs are delivered accurately and on time.

Work collaboratively with Product Development and Garment Tech, clearly communicating development briefs, fit updates and sample review comments throughout the development process.
