Job description

NAMED COLLECTIVE is a London-born fashion brand at the intersection of design, culture and modern commerce - and we've built it differently from the start.

Since launch, NAMED has established itself as the 'rebel kid' of the industry - a brand with a genuine point of view, and a community to match. We create leisurewear in a way that nobody has before. We don't make basics, we make the statement pieces our customer builds their outfit around.

We're rooted in a deep obsession with our community and our customers - over 1.9 million people around the world who don't just follow us, they're part of what we build. We've grown at an average rate of 84% year-on-year over the last 5 years through our ecommerce stores, with particularly strong momentum across the UK and US. We're only scratching the surface of what's possible. The momentum is real.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand that has already proven itself - where the foundation is strong, the ambition is bigger, and the right people will have a real impact on where we go next.

WHO R U?

Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you're a creative, enthusiastic and detail-obsessed individual with a genuine passion for fashion and design. You're always keeping an eye on emerging trends, love seeing ideas come to life and are excited to get hands-on with the design and product development process.

You're curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. Whether you're researching the latest trends, organising samples or supporting the development of new collections, you bring energy, creativity and attention to detail to everything you do. You also have

CREATIVE EYE: You have a natural interest in fashion, trends, fabrics and styling, with an eye for the details that make a product stand out.

GETS STUCK IN: You're proactive, adaptable and always happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

EYE FOR DETAIL: You notice the little things others might miss and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

COLLABORATIVE MINDSET: You're a team player who communicates confidently, welcomes feedback and is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow

THE ROLE

Support the Design Process: Assist the Design and Product teams with the development of new products and collections, from initial concepts through to production.

Research & Inspire: Explore emerging fashion trends, colours, fabrics and silhouettes, creating mood boards and visual references to support future collections.

Assist with Product Development: Support sample management, fittings, fabric and trim sourcing, and the preparation of design packs, CADs and product specifications.

Keep Things Moving: Maintain accurate product information, sample trackers and design documentation, helping the team stay organised and on top of key deadlines.

Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with the Design and Product teams, supporting day-to-day activities, sharing ideas and getting involved in wider creative projects.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate product records, samples and design documentation.

A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE

A love for the brand and an understanding of our mission.
