Job summary

Gressingham Foods is seeking a Farms Administrator to support the Farms Office in Debach near Woodbridge. The role reports to the Farms Administration Manager and works with the Farms Administration Team to ensure service quality for company and contract farms.

You will handle ordering, data analysis, purchase orders, and communication with technical teams and customers. A UK driving licence and strong Excel skills are important for daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Central ordering for farms, including purchasing feed and straw, with suppliers
• Analyze data from farms and report flock records
• Process purchase orders and manage invoices and pricing
• Provide information to technical dept and customers on traces
• Provide info on placement & kill dates
• Check emails/WhatsApp/phone calls and action communications promptly
• Assist Farms Administration Manager as needed
