You will lead a team of farm workers, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to best practices for maximizing yield and quality. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all crop production activities, including land preparation, seeding, fertilization, and pest management.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of farm laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure adherence to planting and harvesting schedules to optimize crop yield and quality.
• Monitor crop health and implement appropriate interventions for disease and pest control.

Requirements
