The Farm Manager will play a key role in planning,organizing, and directing the activities of the farm to ensureproductivity, profitability, and environmental stewardship.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for crop production,considering factors such as crop rotation, soil health, andmarket demand.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define long‑term goals andobjectives for the farm.
• Oversee all aspects of crop production, including planting,cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Monitor and manage pest and disease control measures, adheringto organic or sustainable farming practices.
• Prepare and manage the farm budget, ensuring cost‑effectiveoperations and resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities forcost savings and revenue generation.
• Lead and manage a team of farm workers, providing training,guidance, and support.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficientworkflow and goal attainment.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of farm equipment,including tractors, plows, and harvesters.
• Manage the procurement of necessary resources such as seeds,fertilizers, and other inputs.
