Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Farm Sprayer Operator & Foreman in Kent to handle crop spraying, tractor operation, and staff supervision. PA1/PA2 qualifications are essential, with PA3 beneficial; training may be offered for the right candidate.

The role involves overseeing daily farm operations and ensuring equipment readiness. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently with Farm Manager.

Qualifications

• PA1/PA2 qualifications are essential; PA3 certification highly advantageous.
• Boom spraying experience is desirable, with training available for PA3 if needed.
• Confident operating tractors, sprayers and other farm machinery.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily farm operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out crop spraying and crop protection operations with accurate records.
• Operate tractors, sprayers and specialist machinery across the farm.
• Coordinate daily activities with Farm Manager and supervise staff during busy periods.
• Service and maintain machinery to minimise downtime and ensure readiness for harvest.
