Cowdray Estate is seeking a Farm Shop Assistant for its Cowdray Farm Shop in Midhurst. The role offers casual/zero hours and part-time permanent options with weekend work required. You will join a hardworking, friendly team and deliver excellent customer service, with full training provided.

Ideal candidates may have hospitality or retail experience and should be confident, approachable, and positive. This role is based in a high-quality rural retail environment within the South Downs region.

Job Title: Farm Shop Assistant

Location: Cowdray Farm Shop, Midhurst

Contract type: Casual/zero hours and permanent part time work available. Weekend availability is essential.

The successful applicant will enjoy being part of a hard-working, outgoing team and have fantastic customer service skills. We are ideally looking for some hospitality/retail experience, but it is equally important to find team members that are confident, friendly and approachable with a positive can-do attitude.Full training will be given.
