Take on a leadership role managing the day-to-day running of Hanmer Farm – a breeding/finishing property located close to Hanmer township.
Do you have a passion for growing the land and people around you? This is an opportunity for an experienced Farm Manager or leader looking to take that next step. You will manage Hanmer Farm in Hanmer Springs – overseeing a team of around three people and the daily operations of the farm.
You’ll have the full support of a Business Manager to help you settle into the role and assist in areas such as financial reporting, planning, or pasture management. Together, you will work to deliver quality results.
We maintain a robust health and safety regime at Pāmu, and Hanmer has well-maintained, up-to-date farm equipment.
You will be responsible for:
Hanmer Farm is a breeding/finishing property located close to Hanmer township. It comprises approximately 16,000 stock units of sheep and beef, with 1,400 hectares of flat/undulating land. The farm's location offers an excellent opportunity to live and work in Hanmer, a vibrant village filled with recreational and lifestyle activities.
