Job summary

Goodwood Home Farm sits at the heart of everything we believe in—exceptional produce, sustainability, and provenance. We’re looking for a Farm Food Administrator to support our Wholesale and Retail operation in Chichester.

This is a part-time, maternity cover role (25 hours weekly, Mon-Fri with occasional weekends/events). You’ll handle admin, sales and customer support, processing invoices, packing, stock records, and liaising with customers. Salary £12.81/hour with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Desirable experience in admin or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Support packing and dispatch to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Maintain records across orders, customers and stock.
• Liaise with customers regarding accounts and queries.
• Support procurement of farm produce and traceability documentation.
• Provide cover in Farm Shop and support Goodwood events.
