Job Title: Farm Assistant

Working Hours:

30 hours per week

4 from 7, 5th as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a full understanding of poultry in MP.
• Contribute to the department and develop requisite skills in line with MP competency framework.
• Actively seek to reduce negative environmental impacts, such as waste reduction and recycling.
• Assist on a laying farm with tasks including egg collecting, grading, sanitising, site preparation, unloading birds, taking bloods, drinker cleaning, and general housekeeping (grass cutting, weeding, cleaning, sweeping).
• Perform bird weighing.
• Ensure all bio-security procedures are followed.
