Job description

This Family Worker post sits in a district team within Cambridgeshire County Council's Targeted Support Service, working alongside Young People's Workers and managers. The work is targeted early intervention with children, young people and their families, aimed at reducing harm and helping families stay together. The role links to the Family Hubs offer, including the five Best Start Family Hubs that opened in Cambourne, Ely, Huntingdon, Wisbech and Cambridge from 28 September 2026.
