• Experience of carrying out assessments with families and producing clear plans and reports around children’s needs and safeguarding.
• Able to manage workload, use initiative and make sound decisions with guidance in child protection and family support.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive and supportive service to families based on assessed needs.
• Work with the APMDST and partners across schools, Children’s Social Care, Youth Partnership Service and Health Services.
• Develop and implement plans to help children, young people and families achieve positive outcomes.
