Littleover Community School is seeking a Family Support Worker and Safeguarding Coordinator to join its safeguarding team. You will support wellbeing, safety and inclusion, coordinate Early Help and work with students, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

The role involves building trusting relationships, liaising with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy, and promoting positive outcomes for pupils across the school community.

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive and dedicated individual to join our safeguarding team and play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, safety and success of our students. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children, families and external agencies, helping to remove barriers to learning, improve attendance and wellbeing, and ensure that vulnerable students receive the support they need to thrive. Working alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will contribute to safeguarding and child protection processes, coordinate Early Help support, and provide practical guidance to students and families.
