Family Support Worker – Full-Time

Location: Blackburn | Full-Time November Start Date.

Are you passionate about supporting children, young people and families to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join a supportive team in Blackburn on a full-time basis.

The Role

As a Family Support Worker, you will work closely with children, young people and their families, providing practical and emotional support to help improve family relationships, wellbeing and stability.

You will build positive relationships with families, identify their individual needs and work alongside other professionals to ensure appropriate support is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical, emotional and tailored support to children and families.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
