• Facilitate and coordinate access to relevant resources, services, and activities that foster child development and family resilience.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the families you support.
• Document assessments, progress, and plans accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional and legal standards.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
