You will collaborate with social workers and other professionals, attend meetings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to building strong family support networks within the community.

Responsibilities

• Support social workers in carrying out direct work with parents, concentrating on areas such as parenting support, budgeting, addressing domestic abuse, and fostering healthy relationships.
• Assist in duty and family time by providing on-the-ground support when necessary.
• Attend various meetings and engage in multi-agency collaborations to enhance family support networks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance and effectiveness in your role.
• Employ creative problem-solving techniques to address family dynamics and challenges.
