Job summary

Edison Young People Education in Nottingham seeks an experienced Family Practitioner to support children, young people and families, including those in Child Protection and Child in Need processes. The role involves 1:1 therapeutic support, parenting workshops and family interventions, working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Significant experience working directly with complex and vulnerable families.
Nearly all roles involve safeguarding and working within Child Protection frameworks.
Experience delivering parenting programmes, workshops or trainings.
Ability to work independently within a MDT and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one support, coaching and therapeutic interventions for parents and carers.
