About the Role:

This rewarding role involves responding to, coordinating, and delivering a range of social care services to children, young people, and families in Bath and North East Somerset. We work closely with colleagues across the service and have established partnerships with agencies across health, education, support services, and adult services to effectively meet the needs of children and young people.

About You:

We seek applicants with relevant experience, a specific interest in this area of work, and a desire to develop their skills and contribute to service improvement.

Our team is based at the Civic Centre in Keynsham, within the Children and Young People Service. We value a culture of mutual support, provide regular supervision, and offer appropriate training. You should be committed to using a broad skill set to promote and safeguard the welfare and development of children, and to assist their carers through creative and innovative approaches to care planning and intervention.
