Job summary

Leicestershire County Council is seeking experienced Key Workers for Targeted Family Help in Blaby, Oadby and Wigston. The role involves providing direct home support to families with complex needs and delivering evidence-based interventions to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

A DBS check is required; flexible approaches and inclusion are valued. The role is based at Bassett Street South Wigston and offers a pro rata for part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualification in social care, health or childcare.
• Experience delivering direct home support to families with complex needs.
• Experience with evidence-based interventions such as solution-focused brief therapy and parenting programmes.
• Knowledge of domestic violence, mental health difficulties and substance misuse.
